Acler’s latest collection celebrates the organic beauty found in nature, with signature curved lines and vibrant natural colourings. Photographed at a Topiary Garden, chosen for its geometric and elaborate gardens. Topiary is the artistic practice of training plants to develop and maintain shapes as a form of living sculpture. This collection brings that concept full circle with statement pieces that play with shape and line, made to move with the wearer. Wild and eclectic floral prints sit next to carefully crafted detailing and new knitwear elements. Bringing technical couture techniques to the fore has always played an integral role in collection development. These advanced elements can be seen across expert draping, corsetry, and new explorative shapes.
This collection is led by bold abstract floral prints - from blue iris and a cerise flora to a painterly Monet Garden. Warm colourings of tulip pink, mulberry, ochre, and marigold are contrasted with a cool blueberry and a vibrant mantis green. Corset panelling with accented uneven tucks and a fit that flares at the decolletage is reminiscent of blooming florals, while newly developed knitwear sees a linear pattern engineered to reflect the veinwork of leafy flora.
