WYNN HAMLYN
Auckland designer Wynn Hamlyn established his eponymous label in 2014. Wynn Hamlyn creates ready-to-wear collections combining classical tailoring with an experimental and modern enquiry. Wynn Hamlyn began as a knitwear designer. His first collection comprised entirely of locally made merino knitwear.
Wynn then found a unique approach to textiles when woven garments were added. The combination of the two disciplines defines the Wynn Hamlyn look. Expressive and inquisitive with a restrained elegance is Wynn Hamyln’s unique take on womenswear. Wynn has gained recognition as a leading young designer in New Zealand and Internationally.
